Catalyst Conference.
Last week I attended the Catalyst Conference in Atlanta. There were many great speakers and the worship experience was well produced. As I attended sessions I felt out of the loop. I feel like in order to fully hear how God wants to uniquely use me, I have to step outside of the bubble.
At this point, I think I’m taking a sabadical from all the Christian “How To” seminars and books. I think the only way to discover how God wants to use you is to start moving in the area’s He has called you to, work through the muck, and then tell everyone how brilliant you are in ministry…
So I write today, as a symbol of my journey inward (myself) and outward (the community) as I focus on what God has called me to do, not what the rest of the commercial church world is doing.
